Additionally, a development variance permit application for Wollaston Street was debated and defeated, a contract was awarded for the Esquimalt Recreation Centre roof replacement, and the E&N Reconciliation Corridor Initiative was discussed.

The committee reviewed the progress and development of the Accessibility Plan, including coordination with municipal councils and public feedback timelines. Additionally, the committee addressed the recruitment process for citizen representatives and reviewed cost estimates for the design development of the Accessibility Plan.
