Project consists of constructing two (2) new sewer manholes over existing sewers at the intersection of Westminster Boulevard and Springdale Street, and includes (a) removal of conflicting existing 8" VCP sewer and (b) construction of two (2) 48" diameter PVC Lined Manholes.  The project will also require (but not be limited to): protecting existing utilities; coordination with utility owners, shoring, dewatering, maintaining the existing sewer flows during construction, traffic control, pavement resurfacing, slurry seal pavement as required, traffic restriping, replacement of traffic loop detectors and installation of raised pavement markers and appurtenant work.
