Work consists of rehabilitation of 35 vitrified clay pipe (VCP) sewer main segments using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) technology. Of these, 32 segments are 8" in diameter totaling 8,330 LF, 2 segments are 10" in diameter totaling 449 LF, and 1 segment is 18" in diameter totaling 332 LF. CIPP installation shall be performed from manhole to manhole, with the use of end seals to prevent infiltration tracking between the host pipe and the liner, as well as leakage into the CIPP at manhole connections. Project includes mobilization; pre-installation CCTV inspection; standard pipe cleaning; CIPP installation; traffic controls; sewage bypasses; service reconnections; manhole/wall interface sealings; post- construction CCTV inspection; and testing.
