2026-23 - Council Chamber Integrated Audio-Visual and Meeting Management Solution

Description: The City of Camrose is seeking proposals from qualified Audio-Visual (AV) integrators to design, supply, install, configure, test, commission, and provide training for a comprehensive refresh of the Council Chambers Audio-Visual system. The objective of this project is to modernize the Council Chambers technology environment to support efficient Council meetings, public engagement, and hybrid participation. Bid number 2026-23; the bid is currently open with submissions closing on August 28, 2026, and a voluntary pre-bid meeting scheduled at City Hall on August 11, 2026.
