This document presents a Solid Waste Collection and Diversion Study for the City of Camrose, aiming to recommend a comprehensive, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective waste management system. The strategic recommendations focus on establishing clear waste reduction goals, optimizing waste collection through bag/cart limits and automated systems, and enhancing recycling options including curbside collection and expanded material acceptance. The City of Camrose is developing a 25-year Community Vision and municipal development plan to ensure a healthy, inclusive, prosperous, and resilient city for current and future generations.
