The Douglas County School System is issuing RFP 27-003 (DCSD27-003) seeking a licensed, qualified firm to provide removal and disposal services for surplus computers and other technology equipment. The awarded contractor must furnish all labor, materials, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws for the disposal process. The contract runs from award through June 30, 2027, with up to four one-year renewal options, and includes a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 14, 2026 with questions due July 17, 2026.
