The City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services (SWS) is soliciting proposals to implement in-cab truck technology with turn-by-turn navigation, route progress tracking, supervisor monitoring, and GIS-based route integration to improve operational efficiency, safety, and service verification. The system must integrate with existing City systems, support batch import/export of routes, provide driver-initiated documentation, and produce nightly summary exports; the City intends implementation by July 2026. This is a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), not a grant, with questions due 2026-06-03 and a bid close date of 2026-07-01.

Provide technology support services.

Seeking partners in agricultural biotechnology, crop input systems, or sustainable farming to advance field validation and support commercialization. Ideal partners include seed producers, biostimulant developers, or integrated agri-input providers.

Cybersecurity of novel technology implementations in operating and new/advanced reactors - artificial intelligence and machine learning.

MoltenClad is a Los Alamos National Laboratory technology for molten-salt electrodeposition of dense, full-coverage metallic coatings for nuclear fuel pellets and other extreme-environment applications. The Department of Energy posted a Special Notice seeking interest/technology licensing inquiries; this is a licensing opportunity (not a grant) and explicitly not a call for external development services. The SAM.gov notice identifies a June 30, 2026 response deadline and contact information at licensing@lanl.gov for licensing inquiries.

Chromebooks, including a 5-year warranty with pickup and drop-off service, white glove services, Google licensing, and charging carts. The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, configuration, and delivery of all devices, including any agreed-upon warranty, licensing, and white-glove services. See attached file.

The FBI (Redstone Arsenal) issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking industry feedback for the Facilities Technology Management (FTM) effort to support and modernize facilities management systems (including TRIRIGA, which approaches end-of-life). The government requests capabilities assessments, operations and maintenance support for secondary applications, system comparisons, cost modeling, interoperability analysis, and a written assessment with recommendations; responses will inform a future procurement. This notice is a presolicitation RFI for information and planning only (not a grant or solicitation) and does not obligate the government or reimburse response costs.

The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) issued Solicitation ARPA-H-SOL-26-144 for the TIGAR Exploratory Topic to seed development of technologies enabling temperature-flexible storage of regenerative tissues and complex biologics. The solicitation seeks innovations across materials, AI/ML, and biological interventions to improve storage and distribution without high cost or complexity. Proposals for this federal procurement are due by June 8, 2026, with the primary place of performance in Washington, DC.

The Montgomery Central Appraisal District is seeking a technology solution to process residential homestead exemption applications, including an electronic intake system and an optional mobile application. The solicitation requests sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide software that handles pre-approval and status tracking for these exemptions. The contract is estimated to be worth between $200,000 and $500,000 over a two-year period.

Provide modernization and installation of the integrated electronic security and control system to support continuous and safe operations.

The Department of Energy is seeking interest in an electrochemical recycling technology designed to recover tellurium and cadmium from end-of-life cadmium telluride photovoltaic materials. This technology utilizes in-situ oxidant generation to reduce the need for bulk chemicals and lower the environmental impact of solar module recycling. The opportunity is managed through the Idaho National Laboratory and aims to improve the sustainability of critical material recovery in the solar industry.

In space applications, seals for hatches, suit ports, airlocks, and docking systems for pressurized volumes such as habitats, rovers, and space suits must be kept clean. This is necessary to achieve the extremely low leak rates required to ensure that crews will have sufficient breathable air for extended missions on planetary surfaces. Dusty environments, such as those of the Moon and Mars, pose challenges because seals (elastomeric and otherwise) – as dust accumulates on them – will no longer perform as designed, substantially increasing leak rates. Similarly, terrestrial applications involving environments with high dust concentration and pressurized systems (e.g., mining, material handling) must maintain clean seals to ensure safety and uptime. Motivated by the hazard lunar regolith poses to seals – and thus to achieving a sustained lunar presence – researchers in the Electrostatics and Surface Physics Laboratory at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center (KSC) have developed seals that actively self-clean in a continuous or periodic manner.

NASA’s Technology Transfer Program is offering exclusive or nonexclusive license rights for an electrodynamic dust shield self-cleaning seal technology developed at Kennedy Space Center. Interested companies must apply for a license through NASA’s Automated Technology Licensing Application System (ATLAS) on the NASA Technology Transfer Portal. This opportunity provides no funding from NASA and is strictly for the commercialization and manufacture of the patented technology.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Master Services Agreement and an option to acquire an Indefeasible Right to Use (IRU) with the Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation to create a fiber optic communications system serving western Massachusetts. The agreement will provide wholesale broadband services and an option to acquire dark fiber for Commonwealth agencies; attachments are listed on CommBuys but no direct public PDF/DOCX/PPT URL was discoverable.

The Kansas Highway Patrol seeks competitive proposals to develop and implement an Expanded Information Technology Deployment Program Plan to enhance the agency's technology capabilities, including needs assessment, deployment strategy, personnel training, and standards-compliance. The contract period will commence on award and run one year with up to four optional 12-month renewals, and work will be performed in Topeka, Kansas. Bidders must meet specified certifications and demonstrate related experience; procurement NAICS listed is 541519 (Other Computer Related Services).

BC Hydro and Power Authority is seeking an enterprise Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) technology solution and associated design and implementation services to replace its existing SAP Incident Management System. The project includes providing mobile and offline incident reporting, data migration, and integration with enterprise analytics like Power BI. The contract is expected to have an initial 5-year term with potential extensions for up to a total of 15 years for onshore Canadian vendors.

Los Alamos National Laboratory is offering a technology licensing opportunity for AddiSteel HT, an additively manufactured ferritic steel designed for high-temperature performance. This material serves as a lower-cost alternative to nickel superalloys in sectors such as nuclear energy, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing. The laboratory is seeking expressions of interest for both exclusive and non-exclusive licensing agreements for the patented manufacturing method and material.
