Depending on the task order, firms may be required to provide services across the full project lifecycle, including: planning, requirements development, site surveys, existing-condition assessments, project scoping, and cost estimating. Architectural and engineering design management, design review, value engineering, constructability review, and preparation of procurement-ready design documents. Acquisition and preconstruction support, including bid evaluation and contractor-vetting assistance. Construction administration and management, including quality control, safety and schedule oversight, stakeholder coordination, phased work, and management of design changes. Equipment procurement, fabrication, installation, systems integration, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, maintenance, repair, and urgent-response support, as specified in individual task orders.
