The Illinois Secretary of State is executing Renewal 1 of 3 with Global Water Technology Inc for cooling tower maintenance services to ensure ongoing operational efficiency and safety compliance. The renewal covers the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with an estimated value of $100,000. The solicitation is an open-market contract renewal with responses due June 5, 2026.

Seeking to implement a tested and proven exemption solution that integrates effectively with existing systems, supports exemption processing, and offers long-term value and future scalability. To provide comprehensive IT Support Services and Technology Transformation Next Generation (ITSS and 2TNG) solutions across HUD Headquarters, regional and field offices, data centers, and other designated locations, spanning all OCIO functional areas.
