The system will support launch processing, countdown, and mission execution with primary performance at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA Kennedy Space Center issued a combined synopsis/solicitation requesting a feasibility study to assess payload processing facilities capable of handling spacecraft with nuclear materials by January 1, 2028. The study requires development of a Ground Operations Concept of Flow and descriptions of facilities and safety controls, including ISO Class 7 cleanliness. Responses are due via email by May 15, 2026, for a performance period ending in December 2026.
