Request For Proposal (RFP) for NASA Agency-wide Supply of Liquid and Gaseous Helium

Description: NASA’s Kennedy Space Center has opened a 2027 opt-in opportunity under its agency-wide acquisition of liquid and gaseous helium. Current helium contractors and new entrants may submit an Attachment 2.1 capability form for each NASA location they propose to serve, with technical acceptability required for participation. The helium contracts support NASA centers and facilities across the United States, and their ordering period remains valid through September 30, 2030.
