Procurement of Construction Management at Risk Services for a new 24,000 square foot Welding Building at MTC - Midlands Technical College, Airport Campus.

Construction management at risk services. Project consists of a 6-story building and includes a medical clinic, dining area, training and educational spaces, storage, and other shared program spaces, as well as building maintenance, environmental, and service spaces throughout the facility. The multi-Purpose Room, with its large adjacent storage area, can be converted to a space that can accommodate an 70+/- bed Hyperthermia Area during extreme cold weather periods. The Project is being designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification and meet the Net-Zero Energy requirements.

This RFP is for Construction-Management-At-Risk services for modifications to Park Creek Elementary School, including reroofing, front entrance canopy demolition/addition/modifications, partial HVAC replacement, and site improvements.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to complete campus wide replacement of all HVAC Equipment (including replacement and modernization of chillers, pumps, boilers, air handling units, terminal units, and controls), excluding the newer science building. Interior painting and flooring repairs where required. Existing ductwork will be used throughout the project where practical.

The University of South Carolina has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Construction Manager‑at‑Risk services for the Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center renovation. The project is an interior renovation that will infill double‑height spaces and reconfigure other areas within the existing building footprint, totaling approximately 38,000 SF. This project shall use either an ocean certified hopper and/or an ocean certified pipeline dredge. The project also consists of extending approx. 40 existing walkover structures in City and the stabilization of approx. 46 to 56 acres of new dune.

The City of Chandler, Arizona is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager At Risk (CM@Risk) services for the construction of a new Forensic Services Facility for the Chandler Police Department.
