Procurement of Construction Manager-At-Risk Services for the Odom Elementary Rebuild Project.

Provide Operations and Maintenance at Risk (OMAR) advisory services in support of the planning and design of a Waste-to-Energy (WTE) facility. The City of Gloucester, Massachusetts is issuing RFQ #27021 (BD-26-1372-COG00-COG00-130722) seeking qualified Trade contractors interested in being prequalified to bid on the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) Improvements and Secondary Upgrades project at 50 Essex Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930. The City of Golden Valley, Minnesota is seeking a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for a new Public Works Facility located at 6100 and 6110 Olson Memorial Hwy. The City of Seguin, Texas is soliciting sealed qualifications from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of Fire Station #4.
