This RFP (RFP #2026-09) seeks multiple master/service contracts to provide services for both prevailing-wage and non-prevailing-wage projects funded by federal, state, and/or county sources. Purchasing new software manufactured by LYNX software technologies for developing and sustaining their combat rescue helicopters.

The City of Worcester Purchasing Department has issued an Open Market solicitation for on-call demolition services. The solicitation was made available on May 13, 2026, with responses due by the bid opening on June 10, 2026. This procurement is managed through the COMMBUYS portal and additional information is linked via the City's purchasing bulletin.

The City of Westfield (MA) is soliciting qualifications for on-call engineering services under RFQ #26-035. Firms are invited to submit sealed qualifications to the Purchasing Director’s Office for various engineering consulting tasks. Proposals are due by June 17, 2026, and interested parties should contact the Purchasing Department to obtain full specifications.

Milk distributors to work as a Provider for the Cooperative. The duties of the Provider will include the production, purchasing and distribution of school milk products.

The Camden County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for the replacement of a railroad crossing at Naval Base KingsBay. Proposals must include all necessary labor, equipment, and materials and be submitted to the Purchasing Officer by June 4, 2026. Digital documents and plans are scheduled to be available on the county's purchasing page starting May 7, 2026.

Purchasing natural gas. Owner's natural gas consumption is subject to variance depending on operational requirements of its wastewater facility.

This solicitation seeks vendors to supply ice cream products under a cooperative purchasing opportunity in New York through the Empire State purchasing group. The listing was published on May 11, 2026, and remains open for submissions until June 4, 2026. Interested vendors must register on the BidNet Direct platform to access full documentation and submission instructions.

The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals for Ticketing & Event Services to support operations at the Monroe Civic Center. Interested bidders must obtain official documents from the City Purchasing Division or through the QuestCDN electronic portal to be included on the official bidders' list. Sealed bids will be accepted until June 30, 2026, followed by a public opening at the Purchasing Division office.

The Rapides Parish School Board is soliciting proposals for comprehensive service and maintenance of elevators located in its facilities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services. Sealed proposals are due June 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time and must be delivered to the Purchasing Department in Alexandria, LA. Solicitation documents are available from the purchasing office by email or via the Central Bidding portal.
