Operate and manage a representative payee program for people with disabilities being served by the Adult Protective Services Unit of DSS

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional services consultants for Landfill Remediation Scoping Project #3. SANDAG is soliciting program management services to support its Program Project Management (PPM) department across all project delivery phases, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and change management. The work also includes development and maintenance of reporting tools (Excel, PMTools, SharePoint, and business intelligence reports), development of PPM guidelines, processes, templates, and as-needed training. The contract term is 3 years with two option years and requires electronic submission of a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal.

Criteria for selection include: price, experience, past performance, insurance capacity, bonding capacity, contractor s personnel assigned to the project, availability, and ability to meet the owner s schedule for completion of the work.

Provide, implement, and support a cloud-based construction project management and field reporting software that will improve processes and efficiency and replace the division s current spreadsheet-driven processes for daily reporting, quantity tracking, payment certification, and change-order management.
