The City of South Pasadena is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management (CM) and Construction Inspection (CI) services for the North-South Fair Oaks ITS Project. This project will upgrade the traffic signal system along Fair Oaks Avenue, including traffic signal upgrades, ADA curb ramps, and crosswalk improvements. The project is funded by Caltrans and administered through the City of South Pasadena's Public Works Department. Proposals are due by July 29, 2026.

Hillsborough County is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to manage and operate single-family Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) projects for demolition, reconstruction, disaster, and non-disaster rehabilitation under Program Year (PY) 2026.
