Nurse Call System RFPs

The Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs (FDVA) is soliciting bids to replace the nurse call system at the Baldomero Lopez State Veterans’ Nursing Home in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. The scope includes removal of the existing analog system and wiring, design‑build and installation of a new Rauland nurse call system, staff training, waste disposal, and one annual inspection. Work must be completed within 120 calendar days after contract execution.

Constructing a new acute-care Critical Access Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility building to replace their existing aged facilities, all in order to provide for the continuing care of their county and Chester area community. The new facility is intended to provide current state-of-the-art healthcare technology in a new, clean, modern building. The cumulative square footage of the facility will total approx. 45,000 square feet, plus up to 3,000 square feet of out/support services structures.

The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana is soliciting sealed bids for the Monticello Healthcare – 2026 Facility Renovations project, located at 1120 N. Main Street, Monticello, IN 47960 (benefitting the Canterbury Nursing & Rehabilitation Center). The scope consists of interior and exterior renovations awarded as a unified bid to a single general contractor. Sealed bids are due by 10:30 AM EST on July 30, 2026, with an optional pre-bid conference held at the project site on July 16, 2026.

The University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital is issuing this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP), identified as 51800-eRFP-000001488-2026, to procure a call center software system for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The selected vendor will be expected to provide a high-volume call center solution to support operations handling approximately 12,000 incoming calls. The contract includes renewal pricing provisions based on adjustments tied to the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (CPI-W) for Houston, Texas.

The University of Georgia Institute for Disaster Management (IDM) is soliciting bids from qualified engineering firms to conduct in-person, on-site engineering assessments of healthcare facilities across the State of Georgia. The scope evaluates each facility's ability to safely shelter in place during emergencies by assessing critical building systems, infrastructure, and operational resiliency, with pricing required FOB Destination to Athens, GA. Responses must be submitted electronically through the buyer-managed procurement system by July 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT, and the resulting agency contract may be awarded to one or more responsive, responsible suppliers.

Provide facility healthcare services.

As needed repair and replacement of water mains; repair and replacement of hydrants and hydrant runs; installation of water service; as needed point repairs to the water distribution system.

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (BAIHS) has issued a Sources Sought notice (Solicitation Number SS-75H70926BAO-074) to conduct market research and identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) capable of providing an interactive online Learning Management System (LMS) for healthcare facility competencies at the Crow Service Unit in Crow Agency, Montana. The portal must deliver interdisciplinary clinical skills training, competency management tools, and mandatory safety training aligned with CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards while meeting IHS OIT security controls and FedRAMP requirements. The contract consists of a twelve-month base period plus four optional twelve-month option years; interested vendors must submit a capability statement and the completed Buy Indian Act IEE Representation Form to Katrina Eaglefeathers by the response due date.

Provide a comprehensive response management software platform, along with supplemental dispatch support services, to enhance the County Utility Department ability to intake, manage, dispatch, track, and analyze incident responses from County citizens regarding water and/or sewer issues.

Water Purification System: The Contractor shall design, supply, and install a clinical-grade water purification system meeting all ANSI/AAMI ST108 (2023 or as amended) requirements. The system shall provide sufficient flow rates, volume, pressure, and chemical purity to continuously support the following equipment: Two (2) Steris Washer-Disinfectors (Reliance Synergy) requiring 9.5 gallons per cycle with an estimated workload of six (6) cycles per day per unit. One (1) Steris 3-Basin Reprocessing Sink configured with one (1) DI (deionized) faucet with an estimated 2 GPM and an estimated total of 50 gallons per day. See attached file.

Provide CSU online learning portal for healthcare facility competencies.

The City of Houston (Houston Public Works) has issued solicitation CB-2026-0048 seeking on-call services for wastewater collection system rehabilitation and renewal. The opportunity is listed as an E-BID released on 2026-07-03 and proposals are due July 30, 2026. The solicitation appears to require registration through the City’s e-bid system for access to full documents and submission instructions.

Work includes point repairs on sanitary sewers ranging in size from 6 to 24-inches in diameter; additional sewer replacement beyond these point repairs; service lateral repair or replacement; sliplining sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8 to 24-inch, pipe bursting sanitary sewer ranging in size from 6 to 18-inches in diameter; slurry boring sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8 to 12-inches in diameter; slurring boring service laterals ranging in size from 4 to 6-inches in diameter; cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer ranging in size from 6 to 48-inches in diameter; reconnecting services; replacement and installation of new manholes; manhole rehabilitation; removal and replacement of up to 2" hot-mix asphaltic concrete; removal and replacement of concrete pavement; and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work.

Shelby County, Alabama is requesting proposals from qualified, responsible vendors to provide a Jail Management System (JMS) for its Juvenile Detention Facility in Columbiana, Alabama. The facility is designed for 34 beds with an average daily population of around 15 juveniles, and the new system will serve approximately 25 staff users. Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. CT on July 30, 2026, with public opening on July 31, 2026, and anticipated selection on August 24, 2026.

The Texas Health & Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting competitive bids for fire protection system maintenance at the San Antonio State Hospital (SASH). Required services include fire protection system maintenance, tie-in work, and re-inspection of dampers, and the solicitation includes exhibits, pricing sheet, qualifications form, and other required forms. Responses are due 7/23/2026 at 10:30 AM (local time) and the solicitation was posted 7/9/2026 on the Texas SmartBuy ESBD site.

Seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call project management and technical advisory services for the delivery of its Atlantis Operations and Maintenance Facility in Livermore, California. This project will replace an aging, capacity-constrained facility and support LAVTA’s growing transit operations. The project includes construction of a new transit facility on a nine-acre site, featuring an approximately 34,000 SF maintenance building, a 22,000-square-foot administration and operations building, and supporting site and utility infrastructure. The project is being delivered using a design-build method and is funded through a combination of federal, state, and local sources, including an FTA Low or No Emission Program grant.

The successful vendor shall provide all equipment, software, services, training, and support necessary to implement a fully operational NG 9-1-1 call handling system.
