Description: The Indian Health Service, Great Plains Area, seeks proposals from ISBEEs to provide two full-time-equivalent Certified Nurse-Midwives at Rosebud IHS Hospital, including outpatient obstetric, gynecological, prenatal, postpartum, family-planning, and women’s primary-care services, along with on-call obstetric emergency coverage. The firm-fixed-price, month-of-service contract has a three-month base period and three three-month options, for a maximum period of performance of 12 months. Award will be made to the responsible offeror providing the best value, considering technical capability, past performance, management approach, and price.
