The selected consultant will prepare a comprehensive plan updating and consolidating existing stormwater asset management, management, and TIF 97 plans into a single integrated strategy. The scope includes reviewing existing conditions, updating asset inventories, conducting hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and assessing climate resiliency and water quality improvements. Additionally, the consultant will develop a 20-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with cost estimates, establish technical stormwater design standards, outline operation and maintenance guidelines, lead public and stakeholder outreach, and recommend long-term funding strategies to support ongoing infrastructure needs.
