The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) seeks a modern, cloud-based Data Analytics Platform (DAP) to extract, analyze, migrate, and report Medicaid data, replacing legacy systems and improving transparency, reporting accuracy, and program oversight. The project includes migration of roughly 110-120 TB of historical data and conversion of over 650 reports/dashboards, development of 30 curated data products, and ongoing support phases. The initial contract term is five years with two one-year options and an anticipated go-live no later than July 1, 2029.

The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), Rhode Island’s single state Medicaid agency, seeks proposals to implement, manage, and operate an Open/Hybrid Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) module for the RI Medicaid OASIS system, ensuring compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act and CMS modular certification. The contract covers design, development, implementation, operations and maintenance with an initial ~3-year period beginning May 2027 and up to three 24-month renewals; mandatory insurance, onshore data storage, FedRAMP cloud, and ISBE participation requirements apply. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and vendor Q&A period are scheduled; proposals are due July 14, 2026.

The Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) is seeking a vendor to implement, manage, and operate an Open/Hybrid model Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution that integrates with the RI Medicaid OASIS. The vendor will implement, operate, and support provider agencies, including those with existing alternative EVV systems, while ensuring regulatory compliance. The contract is expected to begin in May 2027 for a three-year base term with options to renew for up to three additional 24-month periods.
