The contractor must meet security and privacy requirements and provide deliverables and testing documentation prior to production. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 17, 2026, and the response deadline is May 18, 2026.

The Ohio Department of Medicaid seeks a vendor to provide National Change of Address (NCOA) monthly data matching services to maintain accurate addresses for Medicaid enrollees. The contractor will process approximately 2 million records each month and return any forwarding addresses within one week via SFTP, delivering results in Excel format and preserving an ODM‑provided unique identifier. The contract is planned for 12 months with compensation based on an accepted price list and monthly invoicing.
