The Nevada Department of Human Services (Division of Child and Family Services) is soliciting proposals to operate a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) at state-owned buildings (A & B) at the Enterprise Campus in Reno, NV, using a trauma-informed model and providing 24/7 nursing and family-based aftercare. The contract term is expected to be four years beginning June 9, 2026 (subject to Board of Examiners approval) and includes data/reporting, licensing compliance, and Medicaid enrollment requirements. Proposers must be licensed (or attain licensure) as a QRTP, meet insurance and Medicaid enrollment requirements, and comply with Nevada QRTP licensing laws.
