The period of performance runs from May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with an optional transition period extending to July 31, 2027.

The Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) seeks proposals for a Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent to provide fiscal agent services for Consumer-Directed Services under Medicaid, including managing employment tax liabilities and employer-related administrative functions. The contract has an initial five-year term with two optional 24-month renewals and requires compliance with federal, state, and DMAS requirements, including insurance and subcontracting rules. The solicitation was posted on May 5, 2026, and has a response deadline of June 30, 2026.

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) seeks applications to expand Qualified Residential Treatment Programs (QRTPs) statewide to provide services to children ages 1018 with significant emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. Selected applicants must provide integrated Medicaid-reimbursable clinical supports, become QRTP-certified within 180 calendar days of notice of award, and meet program licensing/certification requirements. The initial contract term is expected to extend through the current Oregon legislative biennium with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of six years.

Dawson County Board of Commissioners issued an RFP to procure comprehensive ambulance/EMS billing and revenue-cycle management services, including Medicare/Medicaid compliance, financial reporting, and software integration with the county’s ESO ePCR system. The contract initial term runs through December 31, 2026 with up to four one-year renewals and estimates an award range of $75,000–$350,000. Proposers must provide required insurance, vendor forms (W-9, business license), comply with Georgia immigration/security requirements, and demonstrate certified ambulance coders and compatible billing software.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a Sources Sought to continue the national implementation of the CAHPS Hospice Survey, which provides a standardized questionnaire and procedures for caregivers of decedents under hospice care and supports public reporting on Care Compare. The contractor will support national implementation tasks including analyses of a revised/shortened survey, submission of an updated PRA package for OMB approval, development and maintenance of survey and data-submission systems capable of handling over one million surveys, and ongoing technical assistance and vendor oversight. Participation in the survey is mandatory for Medicare-certified hospices under the Hospice Quality Reporting Program and results are publicly reported quarterly.
