Description: The State of Delaware, through its Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), seeks qualified professional service providers to deliver a statewide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data aggregation, validation, compliance, and oversight platform under solicitation HSS27005-EVV. The procurement is being issued to satisfy the federal 21st Century Cures Act requirement that mandates EVV for in-home personal care and home health services delivered under Delaware's Medicaid program.
