The State of Delaware, through its Department of Health and Social Services (HSS), seeks qualified professional service providers to deliver a statewide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data aggregation, validation, compliance, and oversight platform under solicitation HSS27005-EVV. The procurement is being issued to satisfy the federal 21st Century Cures Act requirement that mandates EVV for in-home personal care and home health services delivered under Delaware's Medicaid program. Bids were advertised on June 24, 2026 and must be submitted through Delaware's procurement portal by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on September 15, 2026.
