The State of Idaho, through its Department of Health and Welfare (DHW), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide and manage an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system that electronically tracks Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS) and Home Health Care Services. The RFP seeks a vendor solution compatible with the state's aggregator system that captures the six CMS-required data elements (type of service, individual receiving service, individual providing service, date, location, and time in/time out). The resulting contract is for four (4) years and may be extended or amended upon mutual written agreement.
