Group vision insurance plan. Contractor shall accommodate the County and its affiliated agencies self-administration of the premium bill. Eligibility and coverage periods for the County's Group Vision Insurance shall be calculated on a bi-weekly basis and premiums shall be due and payable on a bi-weekly basis; see attached file.
