The City of Gilmer is soliciting proposals for fully-insured, self-funded, or level-funded medical and prescription drug plans effective October 1, 2026. Sealed proposals must be received by Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM CDT at City Hall, with documents available on the City’s notices page. The solicitation focuses on innovative plan designs to maximize high-performing primary care and wellness for city employees.

Provision of insurance broker of record.

Provide worker's compensation insurance.

DC Water seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive group life and disability insurance (basic and optional life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability) and related enrollment, claims administration, case management, reporting and compliance services for its employees and dependents. The solicitation includes requirements for DBE/WBE participation, various certifications (e.g., Drug-Free Workspace, NDA, Certificate of Independent Price Determination), and expects compliance with applicable regulations. The contract period begins on award and will cover DC Water’s employee benefits needs, with performance at DC Water facilities in Washington, D.C.

Basic Life/AD&D, Group Long Term Disability, and Vision Insurance for City staff.

Group medical insurance.

Provide general insurance coverage for policy period of one year, July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

International student health insurance.

Post-65 Medical Insurance for City Employees.

Granbury Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for Property & Casualty Insurance Services covering multiple lines including General Liability, Property, and Cyber Liability. The contract period runs from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with options for four additional one-year renewals. Proposers must submit bids through the district's electronic portal and review all attached compliance and scope documents.

Seeking proposals from qualified insurance brokerage firms to place and service our insurance program.

Provide brokerage firm to provide placement, advisory, and risk management services for its municipal property and liability insurance program. Currently, its portfolio is handled by two brokerages. The city seeks to consolidate this to a single broker that can work as strategic partner and advisor.

Athletic Accident Insurance.

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified insurance brokers to secure comprehensive commercial insurance coverages and provide related brokerage services at reasonable cost. All insurance must be placed with companies authorized to do business in New Jersey and with at least an A- rating and Financial Size Category VIII from A.M. Best. Questions are due by 2026-06-02 and proposals are due by 2026-06-17.

Seeking proposal from dental insurance company to offer fully insured dental coverage, network access, and services to the employees.

The OCC seeks an experienced and qualified Contractor to provide vision care insurance services to OCC and OFR active employees, OCC disabled retirees, and eligible family members. The Contractor must be experienced in providing plan administration services for an employer-sponsored vision care insurance program. In addition, the Contractor must: Support OCC wellness initiatives by collaborating with the OCC Wellness Coordinator on ways to promote healthy eye care for employees and their eligible family members. The Contractor must support OCC’s wellness fairs (no more than one per year) at its headquarters location in Washington, D.C. At a minimum, the Contractor must secure a vendor to provide wellness demonstrations or screenings; Attend an onsite, 1-day, health benefits fair during OCC’s annual benefit open season period. Open season is held over a 4-week period between the months of November and December. The health benefits fair is held at OCC’s headquarters location in Washington, D.C. and the Contractor is required to attend and provide program materials; Prepare a vision program Administration Manual that describes, at a minimum, the enrollment, invoicing, and claims processes. This includes the claims submission requirements and the dispute process for denied claims. The manual must include both the responsibility of the Contractor as well as that of the OCC. The Contractor must provide the OCC a copy of the manual in electronic format annually. The administration manual will be used by the Human Resources Benefits staff. See attached file.
