Hancock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional insurance agents with significant experience in the public-entity insurance market to assist with selection and placement of employee health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. The selected agent will advise the County, work closely with the Finance Department and other staff, and provide ongoing support; the solicitation includes current enrollment counts and contract expectations. Proposals/Statements of Qualifications are due August 3, 2026, and the solicitation was posted in early July 2026.

The State of South Carolina (Department of Insurance, through the State Fiscal Accountability Authority's Office of State Procurement) is soliciting qualified contractors to perform comprehensive, targeted financial, and market conduct examinations of South Carolina-licensed insurers and related entities per NAIC standards. The solicitation seeks to establish a pool of qualified examiners with mandatory certifications and experience, sets hourly rate caps by role, and anticipates multiple awards and ongoing examinations.

Procurement of intercollegiate sports accident insurance and catastrophic insurance policies for men's and women's basketball, men's baseball, and women's softball teams.

The City of St. Joseph (Mass Transit Division) is soliciting proposals to provide health insurance coverage for its transit employees and early retirees. The RFP requests proposals that closely duplicate the current Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City PPO design and that include medical, pharmacy, managed care programs, a summary of benefits, monthly premiums by tier, a one-year guaranteed rate, and a network provider directory. Proposals must be submitted electronically and the City has provided related bid documents (including the primary RFP) on its procurement portal.

The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is soliciting primary and excess property and terrorism insurance coverage for its public housing portfolio. This is a negotiated Request for Quotation with formal quotations due August 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern, and coverage expected to become effective October 30, 2026. The award will result in an insurance contract covering NYCHA’s housing assets, likely for a multi-year term.

The State of South Carolina Department of Insurance is soliciting bids to conduct examinations of insurance companies. Submission instructions and solicitation documentation are available on the official SCEIS solicitation page; the submission deadline is August 2, 2027 at 11:00 AM.

Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified dental insurance providers or self-funded ASO administrators to deliver a comprehensive dental benefit program covering approximately 10,000 covered lives. The contract term is five years beginning around January 1, 2027, requires a five‑year rate guarantee, a robust Tennessee provider network, and support for both fully‑insured and ASO plan options including pediatric orthodontic coverage. Award criteria include cost, network breadth, experience/past performance and alternative-plan pricing, and respondents must submit pricing, provider lists, census and claims history and meet compliance requirements such as a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and insurance certificates.
