Union County School District (Union County Board of Education) is soliciting proposals from qualified insurance providers to provide comprehensive Property & Casualty, Automobile/Buses, and Workers' Compensation insurance coverage for fiscal year 2026–2027. The solicitation specifies coverage limits (including a Property limit of $1,250,000,000 and Workers' Compensation employer's liability of $2,000,000) and requires bidders to have a Best's Financial Strength Rating of A or better and submit a complete bid package. The contract period runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027; proposals are due June 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET.

The U.S. Embassy in Mexico is soliciting proposals for group life insurance services to cover its Local Employed Staff for natural death, accidental death, and total permanent disability. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price agreement consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and may submit proposals electronically via email.

This solicitation covers insurance brokerage and risk management services for the Town and its Board of Education. The contract term is an initial three years with up to three one-year renewals; services will be primarily performed in Des Moines, IA. Proposals are due June 16, 2026 and responses must be submitted via the State's IMPACS procurement portal.

Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County (METRO) is soliciting proposals for stop loss insurance to manage financial risk for its self-funded health plans, covering non-union and union employees and retirees. The scope includes individual excess and aggregate stop loss administration, claims reimbursement, underwriting, clinical review of large claimants, implementation support, and financial reporting; proposers must provide separate quotes for non-union and combined union populations.
