The U.S. Department of State is seeking health and life insurance services for approximately 250 locally hired employees and 435 eligible dependents at the U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Albania. The contract will be structured as a firm-fixed-price agreement with premiums based on the number of individuals covered. This procurement is currently in the presolicitation phase to identify qualified service providers.

Seeking a broker to design, market, negotiate, implement, and service an insurance program that will provide the NJSDA with the broadest coverage at the most cost-effective price. This is a presolicitation issued by the U.S. Embassy Manila (Department of State) for Group LES health insurance under the GMC to provide coverage to U.S. government employees and eligible dependents in Manila, Philippines. Provide brokerage insurance services.

The City of Denton is soliciting proposals for voluntary employee insurance products (including voluntary accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverages) to provide voluntary benefits to city employees and eligible dependents. Proposals must be submitted via the City’s IonWave portal or as specified hard-copy instructions; the posting includes a scope of work, pricing sheet, census files, and master policy PDFs to support proposal preparation. The solicitation is open/issued and includes a question cutoff date and a final close date on the buyer-managed posting.

The purpose of the service requested is to perform any and all title examinations to acquire the necessary land.

Solicit competitive proposals from qualified brokers to assist school district (csd) with planning, developing design, consulting, negotiating and monitoring benefit programs.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is soliciting proposals from independent fee-for-service insurance advisory consulting firms to provide insurance and risk management advisory services, including promulgating insurance requirements, reviewing policies, designing insurance programs, and training staff. The contract has an initial three-year term with two two-year renewal options.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) issued an Invitation for Bids (IFB 161049) seeking qualified firms to provide Title Examinations, Title Insurance, and Title Certifications to support VDOT's acquisition of the Norfolk Southern rail line. The acquisition corridor runs approximately 49 miles along the Shenandoah Valley Line from Front Royal in Warren County to Broadway in Shenandoah County, Virginia. The awarded contractor will furnish all labor, travel, and incidentals needed to perform comprehensive title examinations, deliver title reports or title insurance commitments covering encumbrances, liens, easements and rights-of-way, and certify marketable title to support VDOT's land acquisition for the rail project.

The State of Texas, through its Comptroller of Public Accounts, is soliciting proposals for Insurance Benefit Consultant services for fiscal years 2026-2027. The contract requires qualified firms to provide benefit consulting services with contract pricing adjustments tied to the Houston, Texas CPI-U. Proposals are due on August 4, 2026, and the RFP is currently open and active for bidding.

Provide Group Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical Insurance.

Insurance broker to provide consulting and insurance brokerage services for its employee benefits plans. The Water Authority seeks a broker that is well versed in the benefits market and has experience advising comparable public agencies.

The City of Irving, Texas has issued Request for Proposal 130D-26F seeking proposals from highly experienced and professional Stop Loss insurance carriers to provide Stop Loss coverage for the City's self-funded employee health plan. The proposed services are intended for an October 1, 2026 plan effective date, with quotes required to be net of broker, agent, consultant commissions and other fees. Responses must be submitted electronically via the City's Ionwave procurement portal, with the question cut-off on July 17, 2026 and RFP opening (via Microsoft Teams) on July 29, 2026.

The Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission (GIC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide medical/health insurance consulting services, including advice on plan design, operations, and rate setting, to support the agency's health care strategy and management of state employee and retiree benefits. The solicitation was issued under bid number BD-27-1049-GIC00-07GIC-131036 (Alternate ID: GICPND2702) and is open to all bidders via the state's COMMBUYS electronic procurement system. Responses are due no later than the bid opening date of September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM, and the contract will support GIC's policy and program management functions serving over 220,000 subscribers.

The Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Risk Management is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to serve as Broker of Record for the State of Florida's property, casualty, and workers' compensation insurance program. The contract covers approximately $31.3 billion in total insured value across 21,179 state-owned buildings in all 67 Florida counties, plus workers' compensation coverage for state employees including those working out-of-state. The selected broker will provide comprehensive brokerage services including policy placement, claims advocacy, risk management consulting, catastrophe modeling, and market intelligence over an initial five-year term with a potential five-year renewal.

Provision of financial analysis services.

The U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, is soliciting proposals from qualified insurance providers to deliver comprehensive group health insurance coverage for approximately 351 locally employed (LE) staff of the U.S. Mission and their eligible dependents. The fixed-price with economic price adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a base year plus four one-year option periods and a six-month extension option, for a maximum total duration of 5.5 years. Offers must be submitted via email to kinshasabid@state.gov by July 25, 2026 at 17:00 WAT, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for July 10, 2026 in Kinshasa.
