The estimated value range for this project is between $150,000 and $2,500,000. The solicitation is currently open for vendor responses with a deadline set for June 23, 2026.

The City of Durham is soliciting proposals for a Comprehensive Compensation and Classification Study for its Human Resources Department to ensure sustainability, equity, and competitiveness across approximately 2,500 full-time and 360 part-time employees. The scope includes a comprehensive compensation and classification analysis, assessment of up to 300 classification titles, specialist analyses such as 37.5- to 40-hour workweek transitions, and implementation options with estimated costs. The State of Utah DFCM issued a Stage II Invitation to Bid for the Raintree Window Replacement at the Utah State Developmental Center in American Fork to improve energy efficiency by replacing windows and glazing and refurbishing or replacing hollow metal and storefront systems.
