RFI for Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud Solution

Description: Ontario Shared Services, on behalf of the Ontario Public Service (OPS), has issued a non-binding Request for Information (RFI) — tender_22004 — to inform a comprehensive, multi-year HR transformation aligned with the One HR, One OPS vision. The RFI seeks experience-based insights and recommendations from three respondent categories: HCM SaaS platform providers, system integrators and implementation partners, and BPO/managed HR services providers, addressing leading practices, modernization opportunities, timelines, costs, risks, and innovative delivery models for more than 80,000 OPS employees.
