Seeking specialty-licensed contractors to perform elevator and escalator inspection, maintenance and repair work (special services).

A renovation and expansion of the existing training facility supporting transit's transition to a zero-emission bus fleet. The project includes approx. 1,164 SF of second-floor renovation within the existing building envelope and a new 1,350 SF building addition.
