The City of London, Ontario has issued Request for Tender RFT-2026-221 seeking qualified contractors to undertake the modernization of the passenger elevator at Museum London. The work involves upgrading the existing passenger elevator system at the municipally-operated Museum London, located at 421 Ridout Street North, London, Ontario. Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is soliciting proposals for modernization of two passenger/freight elevator systems at Thomas S. Wootton High School, including removal, furnishing, delivery, and complete modernization per MCPS specifications and manufacturer installation requirements. The work includes all related materials and compliance with the provided drawings and requirements, and the project location is 2100 Wootton Parkway, Rockville, MD 20850. The existing building 246 elevator requires complete demolition and replacement to include all associated mechanical room equipment. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this requirement, which will may require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.

Hamilton County, Ohio is issuing ITB 049-26 - Parkhaus Garage Elevator Modernization - REBID for the renovation and modernization of the elevator system at the Alms and Doepke Parkhaus Garage located at 1123 Sycamore Street in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a rebid of the earlier ITB 024-25 solicitation, with the project including installation of all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the elevator system as indicated on the drawings.
