The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare seeks quotes for annual elevator maintenance and repair services for a ThyssenKrupp hydraulic passenger/service elevator at the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories in Boise. The contract covers routine maintenance, safety testing, and necessary repairs with an initial five-year term anticipated to begin July 1, 2026. Interested vendors must submit fully loaded rates via the state's procurement portal by the June 6, 2026 deadline.

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) issued a Request for Information (RFI) seeking information on modernizing its suite of child care systems, including COTS/PaaS/SaaS solutions to replace legacy applications. The RFI requests costs, timelines, and capabilities that meet state and federal cybersecurity and data privacy requirements and emphasizes no offshore development. Responses are due June 19, 2026 and the solicitation is not a grant program.

The primary objective of this initiative is to replace the outdated server infrastructure with a modern, secure, and resilient solution. The key goals are as follows: enhance security posture: systematically eliminate vulnerabilities associated with unsupported hardware and software by deploying a new infrastructure that is compliant with all applicable disa security technical implementation guides (stigs) and dod cybersecurity mandates. Improve system reliability and performance: increase mission-critical service availability and operational efficiency through the deployment of modern, high-performance server hardware with full vendor support. Services shall be performed on a time-and-materials basis and shall include all labor, supervision, tools, software, hosting, infrastructure support, technical expertise, and related resources necessary to perform the services authorized by lci under this agreement. Services may include project management and coordination, cloud hosting and infrastructure support, migration and transition activities, website and database maintenance, accessibility remediation, security and compliance support, platform modernization, user experience improvements, analytics and reporting support, content integration activities, troubleshooting, technical assistance, and implementation of enhancements or new functionality.

Specific tasks include: Gutting each unit to existing framing; Installing spray foam insulation; Replacing all mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; New windows and doors; Bathroom fixtures; Kitchen appliances; Exterior siding and roofing; Constructing a common mechanical/sprinkler room in each building's basement; Site upgrades including new utility piping, underground electrical services, paved drives and parking areas, site lighting, concrete walkways and patios, extensive landscaping; A new playground with associated equipment including a splash pad; Coordination for installation of roof-mounted solar panels by the owner's contractor; Coordination for installation of underground primary electrical service by Eversource Electric; Coordination for installation of telephone and cable services by Verizon, Comcast & RCN Cable; Providing comprehensive HERS ratings for each unit; Ensuring Enterprise Green Communities registration & certification for each unit.

A comprehensive, modernized mailroom Solution for the Iowa Department of Revenue (IDR), including hardware, software, and services. Through this procurement, IDR aims to replace aging infrastructure and Manual processes with an Integrated, automated system that improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in Correspondence handling and Document processing. The anticipated term of the contract will begin on February 1, 2027, and end on January 31, 2032. The Agency shall have the sole option to renew the contract upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions for up to ten (10) annual extensions.
