To catalyze innovation in advanced research development (R&D), manufacturing, procurement of medical countermeasures (MCMs). These lifesaving MCMS are needed to protect people during public health emergencies from threats such as chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear (CBRN) incidents (whether accidental OR intentional), pandemic influenza, COVID-19, other emerging infectious diseases. BARDA works closely with interagency partners through the public health emergency medical countermeasures enterprise (PHEMCE) to ensure a coordinated, whole-of-government approach to MCM preparedness response.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOTA) Services to support the opening of the new San Diego Research & Development Facility. This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated performance period of 35 months. The services include technical medical support and logistics consulting to ensure the facility is fully operational.

The Army Contracting Command (ACC) / Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) soliciting research and development for Aviation and Missile technologies across areas including Future Vertical Lift, Air and Missile Defense, hypersonics, and counter-UAS. The BAA supports development, maturation, demonstration, and transition of critical technologies and allows responses to specific BAA calls and amendments. Responses are submitted through SAM.gov and the BAA has been amended multiple times with attachments; Attachment 5 will be added when applicable.

The mission of the TDD comprises critical technology discovery and development programs, to include the development, maturation, demonstration and transition of critical technologies and products through technology programs and customer support for Future Vertical Lift (FVL), Air and Missile Defense, and Long-Range Precision Fires. Specifically, the mission of FVL programs is to modernize, maintain and sustain Army Aviation as the dominant land force aviation component in the world. The missions of the Missile Defense and Long-Range Precision Fires programs are to modernize, maintain and sustain Army Missile Technologies as a dominant component of the land force's precision strike, close combat, and air defense capabilities. This mission comprises critical technology discovery and development programs, to include Long-Range Precision Fires (LRPF) and hypersonic missiles, advanced launchers for Fires and Air Defense, close combat systems, and air defense systems including missiles, radars and fire control/mission planning, and also counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) capabilities, that enable the Army to counter and defeat increasingly sophisticated threats in multi-domain operations. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) seeks information on current global capabilities and technological advancements in graphene production to evaluate its potential for manufacturing load-bearing aerospace structures. DARPA invites white papers from universities, government labs, businesses, and nontraditional defense contractors for market research and program planning. This Request for Information is intended solely for information gathering and does not constitute a formal solicitation for contract awards.

This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) solicits research and development proposals in specified mission areas and provides proposal preparation, evaluation and award administration guidance. Offerors may submit unsolicited proposals/preproposals at any time while the announcement is active; specific technical interests include medical countermeasures, enabling technologies, life cycle bioinformatics, and logistics tracking improvements. Administrative questions are directed to the U.S. Army Contracting Command Edgewood Contracting Division and a named contact is listed for technical inquiries.

The Federal Aviation Administration’s William J. Hughes Technical Center issued Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Screening Information Request 692M15-25-R-00004 soliciting white papers and proposals for aviation research topics. The BAA was posted in December 2024 and remains open, with a response deadline of December 2, 2029 at 5:00 PM EST; the BAA will be valid through December 4, 2034. Primary performance is at Atlantic City International Airport (Atlantic City, NJ) and proposals should follow the white-paper and two-volume submission instructions described in the solicitation.

Comprehensive simulation and training systems responsibilities ranging from research and technology base development through system acquisition and life cycle support.

Provide .Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) Office is interested in receiving white papers for research focusing in the areas of Environmental Restoration, Munitions Response, Resource Conservation and Resilience, and Weapons Systems and Platforms technologies.

DARPA (MTO) issued Special Notice DARPA-SN-26-83 via the ERIS Marketplace seeking innovative, post-competitive, awardable solutions to develop new localized growth controls to grow large-scale complex inorganic materials as single crystals on a ≥2-inch scale. The notice specifically seeks energy modalities such as plasma, electric fields, electron beams, and acoustic waves, while explicitly excluding optical methods. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis between May 21, 2026, and June 30, 2026, with the possibility of awards being made prior to the closing date.

Extramural biomedical and human performance research and development.

Provide a brief statement of what the government expects to accomplish under the contract-the breadth and limitations of the contract effort. It should not include specific work tasks or a description of deliverable products. Tasks: sometimes identified as requirements or work requirements , this section defines the specific tasks that the contractor must complete during contract performance and should describe requirements in terms of results required rather than the methods for completing the work. This solicitation seeks an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Clinical Research Organization to provide coordination and support services for multi-center pharmacotherapy clinical trials aimed at treating Alcohol Use Disorder. The anticipated award features a seven-year ordering period starting in November 2026 and is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office is soliciting innovative and disruptive technology proposals across multiple research areas (e.g., acoustic communication and sensing, advanced computing, additive manufacturing, AI, autonomy, and systems engineering). Proposers must submit an abstract prior to a full proposal; abstracts will be evaluated on scientific/technical merit, relevance to DARPAs mission, and price realism. The opportunity is intended to fund proof-of-concept mission systems and related research projects with estimated budgets in the range of $500,000 to $5,000,000.
