Department of Energy Special Notice 26_02 invites Non-Federal Entities to collaborate with Sandia National Laboratories via Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) to access Sandia/NTESS capabilities for R&D and potential commercialization. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) issued Solicitation W912CG-26-S-0001 seeking college and university laboratories and university-affiliated non-profits to establish an Advanced Manufacturing Applied Research & Technology Development Center (AdvMARTDC). The Applied Research Center will serve as a central hub and strategic partner to unify, de-conflict, and integrate advanced manufacturing research and development across universities, institutes, the Manufacturing Innovation Institutes, the Organic Industrial Base, the Defense Industrial Base, and Army/Joint Service stakeholders.
