The Department of the Interior’s Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate issued Special Notice DOIDFBO260066 announcing planned closeout of listed contracts that have expired periods of performance, are fully invoiced, and have zero remaining balance. The notice informs the identified vendors in the attached contract list that unilateral closeout will begin and instructs vendors to contact the contracting POC if they want a bilateral closeout modification or wish to contest the closeout before the response date. An attachment (listed on the SAM.gov posting) enumerates affected award numbers; the posting gives a response deadline of July 20, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.

Work includes including work on roads, flood control infrastructure, airports, parks, and landscaping, such as but not limited to, pavement repairs and replacement, crack seal, slurry seal, skin patching, asphalt concrete cold planning, pavement leveling, shoulder widening, hot mix asphalt paving, storm damage repair work, rock slope protection, slope stabilization, culvert repair work, concrete structure repair work, vegetation planting and maintenance, and park improvements and maintenance.

Concession contracts for the operation and maintenance of system-wide parking lots and bike lockers for Washington State Department of Transportation Ferries Division.

As needed convenience contracts for tribal focused health care consulting.

HealthPRO Procurement Services Inc., on behalf of 3sHealth and member healthcare organizations in Saskatchewan, has issued a Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) for three respiratory contracts scheduled to commence December 1, 2027. The RFSQ covers arterial blood gas kits (02976), medication atomizers (08364), and powered medication atomizers (08680). The notice and documents are obtainable via Biddingo.com under the corresponding bid, and any addendums will only be posted on Biddingo.com.

OC Public Works (County of Orange) is issuing an RFQ to pre-qualify firms to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) flood control engineering services and to establish Qualified Vendor Lists for task-order contracts. The QVLs will be used on an as-needed basis for design, project administration, and management services; contracts resulting from the RFQ are expected to be three-year term awards. The solicitation states that multiple awards may be made and that no specific amount of work is guaranteed to respondents.

The Environmental Protection Agency issued a Special Notice (RFO-FAR 37.202-1) effective January 28, 2026 that establishes mandatory identification and communication protocols to avoid personal services contracts and ensure contractor personnel do not appear to be Government employees. The notice requires contractor personnel to clearly identify their contractor status (including in signature blocks and communications) and to avoid language or titles that imply Government employment. This is a regulatory compliance notice (Contract Opportunity - Special Notice) with immediate effect and applies to existing and prospective EPA contractor personnel.

Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP) is soliciting electronic sealed bids for the construction of the Community Bike Works facility located at 921 Spruce Street, Easton, PA 18042. The project is broken into twelve prime contracts (PC-1 through PC-12) covering Site Work & Building Excavation, Concrete, Demolition, Miscellaneous Metals, Interior Carpentry/General Trades, Overhead Doors, Painting, Aluminum/Glass/Glazing, Flooring, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, with bid documents managed electronically via the Construction Manager's Pipeline platform. Sealed bids are due no later than 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 27, 2026; the project is partially funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), so associated federal requirements apply, and a 5% bid security plus performance/labor-payment bonds are required.

Anticipated scope of work for this JOC general engineering construction services contract primarily consists of repair, remodeling, or other repetitive work for, general engineering and site improvements, which includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, demolition, sign installation, drainage, landscaping mitigation, site clearing, and all required incidental professional and technical services for projects. The County of Orange, through OC Public Works, is soliciting qualifications from Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to provide mechanical and plumbing design support services, construction administration, testing, and commissioning on an as-needed basis for various maintenance and capital projects. The selected firms will be added to the County's Qualified Vendor List (QVL), and contracts may be awarded for an initial three-year term with the option to renew for an additional two years. The Orange County Flood Control District will also be a party to any contract resulting from this solicitation, and the County reserves the right to make multiple awards at its sole discretion.

The County of Orange (OC Public Works) issued an RFQ to pre-qualify firms to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) cost estimating design support services and to establish Qualified Vendor Lists for as-needed task order contracts. The solicitation anticipates Board of Supervisors awarded contracts with a three-year term and the County may make multiple awards. The RFQ was released July 10, 2026, the question period ends July 23, 2026, and submittals are due September 4, 2026 at 2:00pm PT.

The Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency (SAFCA) is issuing four Job Order Contracts (JOC-025, JOC-026, JOC-027, and JOC-028) for the 2026 construction season using the formal public-works sealed-bid process through the County of Sacramento's OpenGov Procurement portal. The scope covers on-call general engineering construction work — including repair, remodeling, earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, demolition, drainage, landscaping mitigation, and site clearing — at an estimated maximum value of $2,000,000 per contract for use on agency flood-control projects. Bidders must review the mandatory Pre-Bid Presentation (Attachment G) and submit any questions through the portal Q&A by July 17, 2026, with sealed bids due by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on July 30, 2026.

Job Order Contracts 150-152 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION SERVICE, NON-RESIDENTIAL (OFFICE BLDG) is a Job Order Contracting (JOC) solicitation by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) seeking qualified general contractors to perform maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, and minor construction services for state-owned office buildings across Texas regions. Selected contractors will bid on individual work orders using a pre-priced Construction Task Catalog with two adjustment factors applied to regionally developed labor and material costs. The contract term is approximately 24 months with an aggregate not-to-exceed amount shared across all awarded vendors, subject to Texas HUB subcontracting requirements.
