The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Human Resource (HR) Solutions Program Office, is hosting an Industry Day for the Sixth Generation (GEN VI) Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) and Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS) IDIQ multiple-award contracts. The Government anticipates release of a DRAFT Request for Proposal via SAM.gov prior to the industry day; interested contractors may attend in-person or virtually. San Joaquin County issued solicitation CAO-BID-26-01 to establish multiple Job Order Contracts (JOC-054–JOC-058) for indefinite-quantity construction tasks using a Construction Task Catalog and preset unit prices. The contracts will be used to perform various construction projects at county locations and bidders must adhere to the task catalog and local unit pricing. The estimated value range is $5,000,000–$20,000,000 and the solicitation is posted on the county's PublicPurchase portal with a response deadline of 2026-05-29.

New York City Transit (NYCT) and MTA Bus Company (MTABC) intend to enter into omnibus sole-source parts agreement contracts to procure air brake, undercarriage equipment, and coupler parts for subway cars from WABTEC Passenger Transit. The procurement is conducted without competitive bidding under the single responsible source provisions of the Public Authorities Law.
