(Strategic Method for Alternative, Responsive, and Transparent) Contracts Initiative, an alternative method for structuring select public works contracts. The solicitation seeks proposals/feedback from contractors regarding alternative procurement and contracting approaches for select public works projects. Issued July 13, 2026, this initiative aims to improve how the Commonwealth structures and delivers certain public works contracts.

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) is soliciting vendors to provide event and emergency field catering services, temporary tent rentals (including temperature control, flooring, lighting, dividers, and barriers), and temporary sanitation rentals and services (portable toilets, sinks, shower trailers, and hand-wash/sanitization stations). These services must be available on short notice, potentially 24/7 for extended periods, and scalable to serve roughly 10 to 500 individuals per event.

Santa Fe College (Department of Facilities Planning & Design) is soliciting statements of qualifications for Continuing Contracts for Engineering Services covering MEP/FP, civil/geotechnical, and structural engineering for minor projects. The solicitation was published on 2026-07-08 and responses are due 2026-07-28 at 2:00 PM EDT. Solicitation documents are posted through the college's BidNet Direct posting (documents are gated on that platform and not publicly downloadable from the extracts).

This is an Invitation for Bid (Work Order Construction Contracts) for Penn West Clarion (Clarion campus) issued by the PA State System of Higher Education to provide on-campus construction services. The contract covers a range of trades including HVAC, plumbing, excavation/site work, medium- and low-voltage electrical, masonry, and general construction/repairs for up to 12 months. Electronic bids must be submitted via PennBid and are due on August 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

Event and Emergency Services Contracts.

The City of Irving, Texas is seeking proposals for Administration and/or Planning Services for CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) Contracts. The solicitation seeks qualified vendors to provide professional administration and planning services related to the city's CDBG program. Bids are due by July 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM (local Texas time).

Indiana University of PA (reference IN-1260) seeks Work Order Construction Contracts for campus projects covering HVAC services, natural gas piping repairs, general construction (carpentry, drywall, masonry, concrete) and related site restorations. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, supervision and equipment, and provide 24-hour emergency response where required; work will be performed on the Indiana University of PA campus per the solicitation scope. Electronic bids are due via the PennBid portal by Aug 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT and solicitation documents are available on the PennBid opportunity page (registration may be required).

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting Invitation for Bid (IFB) LACDA26-044 for Job Order Contract (JOC) Numbers 153, 154, and 155 to provide construction services for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects throughout the County of Los Angeles. The contract term is one year or until the maximum contract value of $6,402,606.00 is expended, whichever occurs first, with a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Bidders must submit separate bids for each JOC contract number and comply with federal labor standards (Davis-Bacon), California prevailing wage requirements, and various County and LACDA policy requirements.

Provide master contract program for industrial hygiene services. Services included in the program but not limited to, project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. General Construction Services work includes but is not necessarily limited to; miscellaneous general carpentry, drywall, masonry, and concrete repairs including new and/or renovations and repairs to building interiors or exteriors as well as limited site work. Includes lawn repair and site clean-up, as required.

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), on behalf of Los Angeles County, issued Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number LACDA26-043 soliciting bids for Job Order Contract Numbers 150, 151, and 152 to provide competitively bid, firm fixed-priced indefinite-quantity construction services at various locations throughout Los Angeles County. Each JOC has a one-year term or expires upon reaching the maximum contract value of $6,402,606.00, and bidders must submit separate bids for each contract. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and sealed bids must be received and publicly opened on August 17, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), subject to State prevailing wage, DIR registration (SB 854), insurance, 5% bid bond, and 100% performance/payment bond requirements.

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is soliciting bids for Job Order Contracts (JOC) Numbers 144 through 149 for housing management construction services throughout the County of Los Angeles. Each contract will run for one year or until the maximum contract value of $6,402,606 is reached, whichever occurs first, with no minimum contract value guaranteed. Bids must be submitted by August 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and a mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting via Microsoft Teams is scheduled for July 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

The City & Borough of Juneau is soliciting qualifications from consultants to provide term professional services (architecture, civil, electrical, environmental, land surveying, landscape architecture, mechanical, and traffic engineering) for small projects not to exceed $50,000. Selected firms will be invited into term contracts renewable annually through December 31, 2029; selection will be based on a beneficial analysis for each project. The posting (RFQ E26-047) is open starting 2025-12-26 and remains open through 2029-12-01.

Providing public defense services for indigent parties for representation in county. This solicitation is for the following indigent defense contracts: Superior Court, Juvenile Court Conflict, District Court Conflict.

The Town of South Kingstown, Rhode Island, has issued a Request for Bids for Refuse and Recycling Collection and Sludge Hauling Services for the municipality. The Town, located in Washington County, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide these solid waste collection and disposal services. This is a procurement contract for services rather than a grant program, with bids due by July 31, 2026.

Medium Voltage Electrical Services work includes but is not necessarily limited to; medium and low voltage general electrical repairs or replacements such as main yard switchgear and building switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, interior and/or exterior lighting, equipment connections, conduit, power, and wiring and electrical testing. Masonry Services work includes but is not necessarily limited to providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of concrete block work, clay brick masonry, mortar, grout, and embedded flashing. General Construction work includes but is not necessarily limited to; miscellaneous general carpentry, drywall, masonry, and concrete repairs including new and/or renovations and repairs to building interiors or exteriors as well as limited site work. Includes lawn repair and site clean-up, as required.
