Contracts RFPs

This document lists Capital Improvements, Furnish & Deliver, and Installation, Repair, Maintenance & Other Construction Services contracts tentatively scheduled for advertisement in 2026 by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.

The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) is soliciting vendors to provide event and emergency field catering services, temporary tent rentals (including temperature control, flooring, lighting, dividers, and barriers), and temporary sanitation rentals and services (portable toilets, sinks, shower trailers, and hand-wash/sanitization stations). These services must be available on short notice, potentially 24/7 for extended periods, and scalable to serve roughly 10 to 500 individuals per event.

Cook County’s County Highway Department is soliciting proposals for design and engineering services under a 'Various Contracts' solicitation to support engineering and research/technology-based services. The solicitation was advertised on May 20, 2026, and proposals are due by June 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Interested bidders should monitor the Cook County procurement portal or contact the County procurement office for full solicitation documents as the public document list was under development at the time of posting.

Provide master contract program for industrial hygiene services. Services included in the program but not limited to, project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects.

The City & Borough of Juneau is soliciting qualifications from consultants to provide term professional services (architecture, civil, electrical, environmental, land surveying, landscape architecture, mechanical, and traffic engineering) for small projects not to exceed $50,000. Selected firms will be invited into term contracts renewable annually through December 31, 2029; selection will be based on a beneficial analysis for each project. The posting (RFQ E26-047) is open starting 2025-12-26 and remains open through 2029-12-01.

Providing public defense services for indigent parties for representation in county. This solicitation is for the following indigent defense contracts: Superior Court, Juvenile Court Conflict, District Court Conflict.

Provide services in one of the following disciplines on an as-needed basis via work orders: 1. Civil engineering; 2. structural engineering; and 3. electrical and mechanical engineering.

Asbestos Abatement, Lead Remediation, Microbial Remediation, HVAC Remediation, Hazardous Materials Abatement, and Removal of Municipal Waste.

Provide specialized support services in a collaborative and integrated fashion with the NYC Department of Education’s transfer high schools, transfer charter schools, and Young Adult Borough Centers (YABCs). These schools serve over-age, under-credited students who face a higher likelihood of dropping out or aging out of the school system.

General building job order contracts

The City of Linden issued a public notice for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure professional service contracts beginning January 1, 2026. The RFQ specifically seeks vendors able to provide Psychological Evaluation Services. Interested parties are invited to submit qualifications according to the posted schedule.

The City of Santa Barbara seeks to establish multiple Job Order Contracts (JOCs) for general engineering services focused on paving, flatwork, and related infrastructure, limited to contractors holding a California A License. The procurement uses a two-step process with prequalification followed by sealed bid submission under the Best Value Job Order Contracting method. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026, with final bids due by June 16, 2026.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) posted a Special Notice summarizing their March 25, 2026 Industry Day and publishing a consolidated Q&A document. The posting clarifies no solicitations, awards, or grants will be provided or discussed during the Industry Day and provides registration/contact instructions. A PDF attachment named 'HRSA_SAMHSA Industry Day_QnA.pdf' is listed on the SAM.gov notice as the consolidated Q&A.

OC Waste & Recycling for the County of Orange is soliciting qualifications to establish a Qualified Vendor List of Architect/Engineer firms for landfill-related projects. The solicitation is for task-order based contracts with a three-year term to provide design, project administration, and management services on an as-needed basis. This is an active RFQ posted on the County of Orange procurement portal with a response deadline in June 2026.

Provide contracts disputes act claims analysis services.

The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering design and related services for infrastructure projects citywide on a requirements contract basis.

The NYC Department of Education is soliciting proposals to provide Learning to Work services for Young Adult Borough Centers, Transfer Schools, and Transfer Charter Schools, including supplemental student support services. Proposers may bid for Component 1 (YABCs), Component 2 (Transfer Schools), or Component 3 (Supplemental Student Support Services) if also bidding on the first two. The solicitation anticipates multiple full-value contracts for a three-year term with two two-year extension options, with proposals due May 28, 2026.

Montgomery County Department of General Services (Division of Building Design and Construction) solicits qualified consultants for task order contracts to provide inspection and materials testing (IMT) services for new construction and renovations of various county facilities. Up to three contractors may be selected to perform services per Task Order as defined in the solicitation and associated exhibits; the county does not guarantee any minimum usage. The solicitation includes a pre-submission (Microsoft Teams) conference and closes Jun 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM local time.

Provide construction management services for various county facilities.

The Environmental Protection Agency issued a Special Notice (RFO-FAR 37.202-1) effective January 28, 2026 that establishes mandatory identification and communication protocols to avoid personal services contracts and ensure contractor personnel do not appear to be Government employees. The notice requires contractor personnel to clearly identify their contractor status (including in signature blocks and communications) and to avoid language or titles that imply Government employment. This is a regulatory compliance notice (Contract Opportunity - Special Notice) with immediate effect and applies to existing and prospective EPA contractor personnel.
