Architect-Engineer (A-E) Mechanical and Plumbing Design Support Services – Task Order Contracts RFP

Description: The County of Orange, through OC Public Works, is soliciting qualifications from Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to provide mechanical and plumbing design support services, construction administration, testing, and commissioning on an as-needed basis for various maintenance and capital projects. The selected firms will be added to the County's Qualified Vendor List (QVL), and contracts may be awarded for an initial three-year term with the option to renew for an additional two years. The Orange County Flood Control District will also be a party to any contract resulting from this solicitation, and the County reserves the right to make multiple awards at its sole discretion.
