Work include, but not be limited to, diagnosing unknown issues and providing a written scope of work for repairs when warranted for the aboveground or underground fuel storage tank systems and associated fuel delivery and dispensing systems, overfill prevention remote alarm systems, release detection monitoring equipment, fuel product and vent lines, repairs to day tanks, replacement/installation of day tanks and associated monitoring equipment, and fuel transfer pumps including any and all necessary cables, battery terminal clips, and any other parts necessary for, and reasonably incidental to the completion of the repair services for existing equipment at various locations. On completion of work, any associated compliance and/or testing reports/documents shall be provided.

The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from contractors to join a prequalification pool for citywide demolition services to be used on an as-needed basis. Contractors that meet the solicitation criteria will be placed on a prequalified list accessible by City departments for future quotations and solicitations.

The City of South San Francisco is seeking prequalification from General Contractors for the Community Civic Campus: Phase III Fire Station 63 project. Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) in Everett, Washington is accepting applications from high voltage electrical line contractors to be prequalified for large-scale transmission and distribution line construction projects in calendar year 2027. The prequalification listing is renewed annually, and contractors must submit an application packet including the application form, notarized affidavit, safety questionnaire, financial statement, debarment form, and prior-contract documentation. The City of Pittsfield, Massachusetts is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified General Contractor firms (and Filed Trade Sub-Contractors) for IFB #27-012, the Reconstruction of Wahconah Park Grandstand & Concessions Prequalification, Phase I of a two-step procurement under M.G.L. c. 149 §44D1/2. The project involves replacing the existing bleacher system with a code-compliant structure and constructing new permanent restrooms and concessions buildings at Wahconah Park on Wahconah Street in Pittsfield, with an estimated construction cost greater than $14M and prevailing-wage requirements under M.G.L. c. 149 §§26–27F. Sealed SOQs must be received by the City of Pittsfield Purchasing Office (70 Allen Street, Room #102, Pittsfield, MA 01201, attn: Cristina Duhamel) no later than 2:00 PM on July 22, 2026; this is an active construction procurement, not a grant, and general contractors must be DCAMM-certified as 'Prime Contractor'.

Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors for an Annual Contract to provide minor construction services on an as-needed basis for up to five years, with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $15,000,000. The opportunity is a Request for Qualification requiring firms to demonstrate minimum experience, financial stability, and appropriate Florida contractor licensing.

Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) seeks to prequalify Energy Services Providers (ESPs) to compete for Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (GESPCs). The RFQ requires SOQs demonstrating capability to develop, audit, design/implement, finance, and verify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs); minimums include audited financials, specified bonding and insurance (CGL and professional liability), ability to guarantee savings and arrange financing, and completion of at least ten GESPC projects with at least one year of savings performance. This process creates a Prequalification List (no project awards) for State Agencies to invite to future RFPs.

Palm Beach County’s Facilities Development & Operations issued a Request for Prequalifications (RPQ) for Annual Contract Low Voltage Services to prequalify vendors for low-voltage electrical and communications work. The solicitation was posted on May 7, 2026, and lists a response deadline in June 2031. Respondents must register and interact via the County’s Vendor Self-Service portal to access full solicitation documents and submission instructions.

This prequalification application is for three separate (3) streetscape projects with brick sidewalks.

The Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) has issued this prequalification of bidders solicitation specifically for reservoir rehabilitation projects, inviting qualified contractors to submit prequalification packets to be considered for future bidding opportunities. Interested firms must register through the PlanetBids vendor portal and submit their prequalification materials electronically by the stated deadline. The prequalification establishes a pool of vetted contractors eligible to bid on upcoming reservoir rehabilitation work performed by the District.

Prequalification for contractors to construct a new 170,000 square foot, 150-resident nursing home in Whitfield, Mississippi.

The City of Edmonton seeks to pre-qualify general contractors for upcoming land-development projects (greenfield and infill) to create a vetted pool for future contracts covering construction, infrastructure upgrades, landscaping, underground utilities, and residential construction. Anticipated contract values are CAD 3.5M–10M per project with contract terms up to 60 months; bidders must have an active Ariba ANID account and accept prerequisite agreements to view full details. The County of Riverside is soliciting contractor prequalification packages for informal public projects under the County’s prequalification program. Contractors approved through this process will be eligible for direct contact by project managers for projects under $75,000 (and may be placed on lists for projects under $220,000 and exclusive small projects under $25,000). The prequalification status, once granted, is valid through December 31, 2026 and electronic submissions are to be sent to PWPrequal@rivco.org.
