Rowan-Cabarrus Community College seeks prequalification of a prime contractor for the CBTC Annex Automotive Program Expansion, an expansion and renovation of an existing 11,995 sq ft building. The work includes demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment replacement/addition and requires coordination with college operations and compliance with applicable state contracting and bonding/insurance requirements. The program is accepting prequalification applications for contractors interested in providing habitat creation, restoration, and maintenance services on program lands.

Palm Beach County, Florida is seeking qualified contractors to prequalify for an annual on-call demolition contract, with individual work orders issued as needed and an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $1,000,000 over a period of up to five years. The Mosquito Grizzly Bear's Head Lean Man (MGBHLM) First Nation invites prequalification submissions from interested General Contractors for the construction of a new solid waste transfer station (SWTS) on the reserve (ISC Project No. AT488, Engineering reference 2018-4204-00). The scope of work includes earthworks and site grading, Z-wall retaining/ramp structures, concrete pads and specialized waste storage areas, supply and installation of prefabricated buildings, perimeter fencing with gates, and site lighting electrical work. The City of Miami Beach seeks qualified elevator contractors to join a prequalification pool for elevator replacement and modernization services, including removal, disposal, and installation to meet current building codes and ADA requirements. Inclusion in the pool is a prerequisite to receive invitations to quote and be considered for project work over the stated term.

Palm Beach County, Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors for an Annual Contract to provide plumbing services including repair and replacement of valves and fixtures, fire pump maintenance, drain unclogging, camera work for blockages, sewer gas leak detection, and related plumbing tasks. The contract may be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $500,000 and work will be issued by individual work orders.

The Town of Raynham, Massachusetts is seeking to prequalify general contractors and subcontractors for the construction of an approximately 51,000 square-foot, two-story public safety facility at 53 Orchard Street in Raynham, with an estimated construction cost of $41 million. Trade categories to be prequalified include masonry, metals, waterproofing, roofing, windows, glazing, tile, flooring, painting, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. All bidders must be DCAMM certified, and both General Proposals and FSB/Trade Proposals are due Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

Prequalification is sought from principal trade and specialty contractors for various bid packages related to the Tarboro Road Park project, which includes a new community center and enhanced outdoor recreational amenities.
