Provide contractors to apply for prequalification to participate in certain construction projects for the fiscal year 2025-2026. Trade also includes general engineering, general construction, insulation and acoustical, boiler, hot-water heating system fitting, framing and rough carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, general low voltage electrical, concrete contractor, drywall contractor, electrical, elevator contractor, earthwork/paving. The program is accepting prequalification applications for contractors interested in providing habitat creation, restoration, and maintenance services on program lands.

General and trade contractors for the renovation of the existing upton dpw building, and the construction of a new 12,000 SF addition (new addition is conceived as a pre-engineered metal building). Project also includes associated sitework, both at-grade and subsurface storm drainage, and utilities.

This will consist of 5 HDDs totaling approx 10,300 LF of 16" water main.

Construction Management for Improvements and development of a mental health rehabilitation center (mhrc). The project includes selective and full interior demolition, patient room renovations, ligature-resistant upgrades, nurse station and support space modifications, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety work required to support the renovated units. Construction activities will occur adjacent to active patient care operations and will require detailed phasing, infection control measures, interim life safety measures (ILSM), and coordination with UCSF Facilities, clinical staff, hospital operations, and security personnel.

The Region of Halton is seeking prequalification submissions for the Burloak Booster Pump Station and Watermains project, a major $89.8 million infrastructure upgrade to enhance water capacity and reliability in the Halton Region. The prequalification is divided into two categories: Category 1 for a General Contractor and Category 2 for a Tunnelling Subcontractor. The City of Belleville is seeking prequalification of general contractors for the Avonlough Sewage Pumping Station and Conveyance System under Contract 2.
