Developed a suite of RFID-based technologies focused on improving communication of an RFID reader with a greater number of RFID tags in open and enclosed areas. Typically, RFID reader communications with tags are spectrum-regulated to a narrow bandwidth that makes tag localization difficult. Moreover, RFID communications are complicated by polarization mismatches between the reader and tag antennas. The Agile RFID Antenna System is able to expand these boundaries by integrating an inexpensive frequency multiplexer to the RFID reader antennas, which permits new methods of localization, allows greater antenna functionality with fewer reader RF ports, and provides improved read accuracy and/or range. For enclosed areas, such as a large container, the Agile RFID Antenna System can use smaller antennas, consequently reducing the volume required for an RFID system to operate. A wide range of commercial applications can benefit from this technology, including retail inventory management, manufacturing/assembly line tracking, industrial transportation and logistics, sports bio-analysis, and healthcare.

NASA Johnson Space Center is offering a technology transfer licensing opportunity for a Freeze-Resistant Hydration System designed to prevent water from freezing at temperatures as low as -40°C. This opportunity is for licensing only and NASA provides no funding to the interested parties. Applications must be submitted through NASA's Automated Technology Licensing Application System (ATLAS) or by contacting the NASA Technology Transfer Program.

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center issued a Technology Transfer licensing Special Notice for the Agile RFID Antenna System (MSC-TOPS-79) seeking companies interested in obtaining license rights to commercialize the technology. Responses are to be submitted via NASA's ATLAS licensing portal, and NASA provides no funding as part of these licenses. The notice is currently open with a final response deadline in February 2027.

Freeze-resistant hydration system for licensing. The technology substantially improves on existing hydration systems because it prevents water from freezing in the tubing, container, and mouthpiece, even in the harshest conditions on Earth. This technology is designed to work to minus 40 degrees Celsius and 15-mile-per-hour winds over a 12-hour summit day, and likely well beyond. Field testing was performed at Mt. Everest in May 2009. The device was originally conceived and designed by an astronaut-mountaineer who recognized the great risk of dehydration in high mountains and the lack of sufficient technology to meet this important need. This NASA Technology is available for your company to license and develop into a commercial product. NASA does not manufacture products for commercial sale.

The County of Riverside is soliciting licensed general contractors to provide full-service weatherization services for projects under $220,000 to serve eligible low-income residents. This prequalification process aims to secure multiple vendors for an ongoing program funded by various federal and local sources, with contracts starting July 1, 2026. Place of performance is the Republic of Korea with estimated project values ranging from ~₩1.6 billion to over ₩10 billion and awards anticipated in 2026–2028; prequalification is effective through May 27, 2030. Responses are due June 15, 2026 at 01:00 EDT and the solicitation is accessed via the PIEE solicitation module (vendor access required).

Broward County is seeking a Managing General Contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services for PFAS water treatment and transmission system improvements at two water treatment plant sites. The scope includes the construction of nanofiltration facilities, pipeline upgrades, and chemical storage improvements in compliance with federal and local regulations. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy seeks contractor-owned, contractor-operated (COCO) fuel storage services at a Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) in Davao, Philippines to receive, store, protect, and ship U.S. Government-owned F-76 and JP-5 fuel. The contractor must provide roughly 977,000 barrels of total storage capacity, 24/7 receiving and shipping, and meet minimum annual throughput and performance timelines. Proposals will be evaluated on technical/management factors and past performance, which are significantly more important than price.

The Allen County Surveyor’s Office is soliciting contractor qualification documents to establish qualified bidders for maintenance of regulated drains and related work within Allen County, Indiana.
