The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors to perform construction site work for new buildings on NYC parklands, with estimated individual project costs between $2,000,000 and $6,000,000. This solicitation is for qualification to be included on the PQL and will make qualified contractors eligible for multiple park construction projects. Responses must follow the PQL application instructions and are due by April 20, 2027.

Provide general plumbing services at the camden yards sports complex on a time and material basis includes having access to a pump truck or use a subcontractor to take care of sewage and sand pits; installation, repairs and/or modifications to water, sewer and drain lines; cleaning and clearing of drains (note: contractor shall own a water jetted machine capable of flushing debris inside of the pipes; installation, repairs and/or modifications to cysc common plumbing fixtures in restrooms, kitchens, and concession stands to include toilets, urinals, sinks, drains, hose bibs, etc. ; installation and testing of backflow preventers; installation and repairs to gas piping; pipe insulation; pipe heat trace and associated components. Quotes/offers are due by 9:00 a.m. EDT on July 22, 2026. The procurement supports on-site construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair projects at the medical center on an as-needed basis.

The Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to serve as General Counsel and provide comprehensive legal services covering governance, operations, and legal affairs. The selected firm will advise the Board of Commissioners and staff on a wide range of legal issues affecting the Authority, including federal and state public housing laws, rules, and regulations. Proposals must be submitted electronically through SCCHA's PlanetBids e-procurement platform by the stated deadline.

Mansfield Independent School District is soliciting proposals from local suppliers for general retail merchandise, supplies, and equipment to be purchased by campuses and departments on an as-needed basis. Vendors must indicate a primary discount (a response of '0 %' is acceptable but no response will not be accepted); awards will be made incrementally during the solicitation period and the district may negotiate terms and pricing prior to award. The solicitation was issued in July 2026 and remains open through the stated close date in November 2026; vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible and some attachment documents on the posting require bidder login to view.

Catalog contract for retail general merchandise.

The City of Cleveland Mayor's Office of Capital Projects, Division of Engineering and Construction, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to supplement City staff by providing General Engineering Services for a period of two years or until funds are expended. The scope of work includes materials testing, bridge design and inspections, retaining wall design and inspection, slope stabilization, basic traffic signal design, preliminary engineering, environmental services, right-of-way plans and acquisition, bicycle/pedestrian facility design, and roadway design. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on July 29, 2026, with vendor questions accepted by email until July 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM and an addendum expected around July 22, 2026.
