New Building Projects - General Construction

Description: The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation is establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of general contractors to perform construction site work for new buildings on NYC parklands, with estimated individual project costs between $2,000,000 and $6,000,000. This solicitation is for qualification to be included on the PQL and will make qualified contractors eligible for multiple park construction projects. Responses must follow the PQL application instructions and are due by April 20, 2027.
