The City of South Lake Tahoe is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP# 2026-7-23) seeking qualified executive recruitment firms to conduct a comprehensive executive search for a City Attorney. Printing of 4-Part Carbonless Secure Power of Attorney Forms, form number VSD 332.5. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon execution through 6/30/27.

The Illinois Secretary of State's Vehicle Services department is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the printing of 2,000,000 Secure Power of Attorney Forms (form number VSD 332.5) on four-part carbonless security paper. Vendors must demonstrate experience in secure printing and be capable of producing multi-part carbonless forms that meet state standards for security, durability, and usability. The procurement allows for partial shipments, with milestones at 500,000 forms by July 15, September 1, November 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027.
