Village of Crestline

The plan aims to address weaknesses such as aging infrastructure, low income levels, and workforce challenges, while leveraging strengths like community spirit, low cost of living, and transportation access. The CEDS incorporates an evaluation framework to measure progress and includes an overview of potential funding sources and initiatives.
