Remove 1 layer of existing asphalt shingles from the entire building, including the lower sections. Inspection of the roof deck, refastening as needed. Remove and replace any damaged sheathing as needed. Remove all existing gutters from the entire building to allow access to all fascia. Remove and replace all damaged fascia with a new primed pine prior to wrapping with aluminum trim metal. Inspect all rafter tails, install new where needed ensuring proper fastening. Replace all damaged soffit with new 3/8 or 1/2" cdx. See outside link.
