The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Repainting the cafeteria/gymnasium (38 ft W x 58 ft L x 18 ft H) using Sherwin Williams paint or equivalent and contrast paint for table inserts (5ft x7 1/2ft); Paint 16 Tectum/sound panels (4ft x4ft number) with different Sherwin Williams or equivalent color paint; Replacement of four (4) large windows (in-kind and /or approved equivalent) 80” wide x 69 ½” long (rough open 72 ¾”x 80 ½ “); Installation of VCT floor tile to match existing tile in the former table inlets (60 tiles); Replacement of wall pads-16 ft wide x 6 ft wall pads- (currently 8 wall pads 2ft x6ft); Repair of basketball backboards or; Replacement of basketball backboards; Elevation of 2 electrical outlets at least 7 ft and repair and repaint CMU if needed; Completion of minor repairs as needed.
