Constructing a lane for buses along the south boundary of Dutch Hill Elementary, specifically along the 84th Street SE frontage. The route is an approx. 500ft long, 20ft wide HMA surface starting at 84th ST. SE and extending west to the existing parking lot access. A sidewalk runs along a portion of the drop-off lane and then extends north connecting to the school hard-surface play area. Supporting infrastructure will include stormwater collection, runoff treatment using a pre-manufactured filter, and 72" diameter detention pipe.
